With the addition of Halo Rise, the biggest challenge was figuring out a good system for the breadth of offerings Halo had. Halo wasn’t JUST Amazon’s fitness brand. Halo was health and wellness.
Rise wasn’t on our timeline while we were building the brand around Halo Band and Halo View. We had to find its voice in a space dominated by wearables. The shift helped get out of the workout space.
But this shift also changed everything—brand, mobile experience, website, packaging system. How do you make room for something that disrupts an already established system?
We created categories of health and established what each one would encompass. This way, we could use color as a differentiator.

As for our core experience, it needed a different approach. We didn’t want these health pillars to be experienced as “separate”. Your health is wholistic, so Halo should be too.
Halo Rise sleep statistics are seamlessly integrated alongside your fitness stats, nutrition, whichever pillar you want to focus on, or all of the above. Because, it’s not just about sleep.
