Amazon Halo was Amazon’s Health and Wellness service. It had a subscription model that offered fitness classes, nutrition planning, sleep tracking, mental health exercises, and so much more.
On top of that, Halo offered several devices to go along with your membership plan—the Halo Band and Halo View wearables, and the Halo Rise bedside sleep tracker.
Halo was a first of its kind to encompass all of your health, not just fitness or sleep. With all that in mind, along with an ever growing service and product line, we had to do some heavy planning for our sites.
These pages and charts were the main drivers for conversion rates.
I had a blank Figma board, and a lot of questions... What would be the high level insight to present to users? Do we show areas of improvement? How do we accommodate users who only want to skim and users who want to dive into numbers? Do we show data for both Activity and Sleep domains on one screen? How much data from each domain do we present? What happens if we introduce more domains? How do users revisit this screen? What if there is missing data?
